In2 Properties opened its doors in June 2009 in Scottburgh, Kwa-Zulu Natal. The captain at the helm of this ship is Avanti Low. Avanti is no stranger to the real estate industry or to the locals. She started her career in real estate in 1996 at AIDA Scottburgh with John & Joan Wackrill. Under their watchful eyes, Avanti progressed and became a successful agent in the Scottburgh area. In 2007, Avanti became one of the first in the country to complete her NQF Level  4 in Real Estate.

Avanti thrives on learning and bettering herself in order to give her clients a better service. In 2008, Avanti was awarded a scholarship from the University of Cape Town to do their Sectional Title Specialist Course. She passed this course with a dinstinction.
